1. use lined notebook paper with a correct heading (name, subject and date in the right hand corner).
2. For each question they missed they need to provide the number and write a sentence of two explaining why they missed the question. These reflections should be honest and try to target the thinking that led to the mistake. Mistakes are good when we can learn from them!
3 Provide the correct answer and show the work on how they got to that answer.
All three steps must be complete to get the half credit back. Corrections are due a week after the test goes home.
Study tools have been added to the website. Aside from using the book and having the students make their own flash cards, both classroom websites have posted extra study tools. The tool linked to the bottom of the home page covers a few lessons, so is a harder one to study with until you have made it past the first two lessons. Quizlet is also a great study tool. I will have the correct links for Quizlet on the Wordly Wise Central. For lesson 2 the link is here
